ACE Cleveland is proud to recognize one of our ACE Alumni for our Mission Moment today, Mr. Isidro Villa, and share his experience as a member of our ACE Cleveland community: "The ACE Mentor Program prepared me for my career in the construction industry by providing hands-on experience, networking opportunities, and exposure to the industry. The mentors I met helped open doors and prepared me for my internships that later became a full-time offer. With my internships (Whiting-Turner and Walsh Construction) I was able to apply the information I was learning in college and apply it to the real world."

The ACE Mentor Program of Cleveland is able to support young adults like Isidro because of the generosity of supporters like the Governor's Office of Faith-Based and Community Inititatives.

With their support and others, our students like Isidro receive training and education leading to career pathways in the ACE industries.

Since ACE Cleveland began, we have given nearly $1.8 million in scholarships to students like Isidro and provided mentorship to help them succeed.
